Monochromatic print (black&white, black/white, b/w) is a print using black process ink only (K of CMYK).

On white paper this will allow for white / black / shades of grey tones. Rich black (combination of black ink with CMY inks) will not be available.

If Pantone blacks are used, the print will not be referred to as as monochromatic.
