Order state
Table below describes basic order states for manufacturing process. Please note that some of the states are relevant only for vinyl manufacturing.

| 1Q | Quote | Customer has not approved a final quote for the order and we are consulting order / product specification. Consultations and changes to order specification are possible. |
| 2O | Order | Order is in pre-production phase, customer has approved final price, order specification and submitted order data. Changes in artwork, audio, order specification will result in extra fee. At this stage of the order we should have: audio data, tracklist, artwork, filled scan of mechanical rights to audio recording, artist name, album name, playing speed and (your) catalogue number. |
| 2OX | Order - HALT | Order was halted in pre-production phase, please contact us if you haven't received information on what needs to be fixed about your order so we can confirm it to production. |
| 3P | Production | Order is in production, changes to the order might not be possible and will delay the order and result in extra fee. Order should have a dispatch estimate in about 3 workdays after it enters production phase. Order will NOT include test pressings or samples! |
| 3PX | Production - HALT | Order was halted in production and customer consultation is needed. Please contact us if you haven't received information on what needs to be fixed about your order so we can continue production. |
| 3T | TP - Production | Order is in production and will feature Test Pressings, changes to the order might not be possible and will delay the order and result in extra fee. Order should have a dispatch estimate for Test Pressings in about 3 workdays after it enters TP - production phase. |
| 3TX | TP - Production - HALT | Order was halted in production and customer consultation is needed. Please contact us if you haven't received information on what needs to be fixed about your order so we can continue production of your Test Pressings. |
| 4TB | TP - Dispatch | Test pressings have been manufactured and are being shipped. We need customer approval of Test Pressings to proceed to the main order. |
| 4TC | TP - Approved | Test pressings have been approved by customer and main order is in production. Same conditions as for 3P apply. |
| 5D | Dispatch | Order has been manufactured and is getting ready to be shipped. |
| 5DX | Dispatch - HALT | Order has been manufactured but is halted in our warehouse. Please contact us if you haven't received information on what needs to be done so we can ship your order. |
| 6F | Finalized | Order has been manufactured and shipped to all destinations. Order tracking will be closed shortly after being marked as complete by our operators. |
| 7C | Complaint Received | Complaint has been received and is being revied by our customer department. |
| 8R | Complaint Resolved | Complaint has been resolved, customer was informed about possible compensation. |
| XC | Order Cancelled | Your order has been cancelled. Please, contact us if you think this has happened by an error. |
| XI | Invalid Order | Your order has been marked as invalid. Please, contact us if you think this has happened by an error. |
